Seth Price

Seth Price is a founding and managing partner of Price Benowitz LLP, a 20-lawyer law firm headquartered in Washington D.C., with satellite offices in Maryland and Virginia. Mr. Price oversees marketing and business development for the firm and has extensive digital marketing expertise.

Mr. Price has been rated AV Preeminent by Martindale-Hubbell and has earned a perfect 10/10 by AVVO. He now serves on the executive committee of the National Trial Lawyers Association, and has been named a Top 100 trial lawyer in Washington, D.C.. He has also been named a Super Lawyer by Thomson Reuters.

Seth Price began his career at Swidler & Berlin as a plaintiff's insurance litigator. He then went on to help launch USLaw.com, a ground-breaking consumer legal website that matched consumers with legal information, forms, and attorneys in their state.

Mr. Price is a Board Chair Emeritus of KIPP Baltimore, the Maryland branch of the highly successful charter school network. He is a fervent supporter of the education reform movement and has long been a proponent of providing high quality educational opportunities to inner-city children.

Mr. Price is a member of the Bar of the District of Columbia and the State of New York. He graduated with honors from The George Washington University Law School. Mr. Price received his BA from the University of Pennsylvania in Economics and International Relations.
