David Benowitz

David Benowitz is one of two founding partners at Price Benowitz LLP. Mr. Benowitz is licensed to practice in Maryland and the District of Columbia. He was a Criminal Defense Attorney/Staff Attorney at the Public Defender Service for the District of Columbia, recognized as the top criminal public defender office in the country, from 1995-2001, where he represented clients in the litigation of serious juvenile and adult criminal matters including first degree murder, first degree sexual abuse, and armed robbery.

Mr. Benowitz obtained an LLM. in Trial Advocacy in 2006 from Temple University's Beasley School of Law. In addition, he graduated near the top of his class at George Washington Law School in 1995 where he participated in the DC Law Students in Court Program and was a member of the George Washington Law Review and the Moot Court Board. Mr. Benowitz graduated from the University of Pennsylvania in 1991 with honors, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Honors American History.

Rabihah Scott

Rabihah Scott, represents victims of personal injury in Maryland and Washington, DC. She believes strongly in a personal touch when it comes to her clients and is accessible to them twenty four hours a day, seven days a week. She regularly conducts home visits to meet with clients and evaluate cases.

Ms. Scott attended Seton Hall University, where she graduated early with honors. She earned her JD from the American University Washington College of Law. Before joining Price Benowitz LLP, she worked at Liberty Mutual Insurance for their Personal Injury department and later spent four years at Ashcraft & Gerel, also working in personal injury law. She brings her ample experience and personable professionalism to our firm.

Seth Price

Seth Price is a founding partner of Price Benowitz LLP, a mid-sized law firm headquartered in Washington, DC. Mr. Price manages a team of over 15 lawyers at his full-service practice, which has offices in Washington, DC, Maryland, Virginia and New York.

Mr. Price was named one of the top 50 lawyers in the Northeast by Amtrak Magazine, is an AV rated attorney, has earned a perfect 10/10 by AVVO.

Mr. Price has recently stepped down after 6 years as the Board Chair of KIPP Baltimore, the Maryland branch of the highly successful charter school network. Recently, he has been asked to serve as Board Chair for Ed Village, which is helping to bring the best teaching practices to schools around the globe.

Mr. Price is a member of the Bar of the District of Columbia and the State of New York. He graduated with honors from The George Washington University Law School. Mr. Price received his BA from the University of Pennsylvania in Economics and International Relations.
